Current Training  updated  5/15/20
I am currently training for an ultra marathon using the Hanson's Marathon Method Training Plan. This is a typical week schedule for me but keep in mind each week varies quite a bit. It averages between 50-75 miles per week with 6 days of running. Long runs are on the weekends usually back to back. Below is an example of an early week of training in the plan.
