Running: It's actually more expensive than therapy

This week has been the first since I got sick that I felt able to work out to my full ability. Sure, I'm behind my goals, but it sure is nice to be able to train regularly again. My advice is "don't get sick!" Simple huh?
Goals going into this week:
Monday AM easy 3-mile run PM easy 6-mile run Tuesday AM moderate 3-mile run PM sprint work 1 mile at a time for 3 miles today with a break in between miles. Wednesday AM 2 miles rolling hills followed by one mile cool down PM fast 3-mile run Thursday AM easy 3-mile run PM fast 3-mile run Friday an easy 6-mile run Saturday Outside 4-mile run Sunday Outside 4-mile run Total mileage for the week: 41 miles
