Running: It's actually more expensive than therapy

How's training going? It's really good! I'm really enjoying my training plan and the mix of the running it provides. I feel like I have been training correctly this summer. I'm just really excited for racing season to start again!
What are you goals for the fall season? Breaking 19 minutes in the 5k and just becoming more consistent in it. Do you have any plans to run longer races? I do have some half marathons scheduled in the winter, but I use them as a long run and just for fun. The half is a really fun distance for me and actually one of my favorite events. Favorite type of running in your plan? I'm loving the 14 and 16 milers. Favorite post run meal? I'd have to go with pizza. Who are some of your favorite elite runners? I've always been inspired by ultra runner Devon Yanko. She's so down to earth and just seems like a cool person.
